Return, Refund and Cancellation policy


Return an item:
Before you want to return, check our return policy in the listing for the return period and other information.

To file for a return the followings conditions must be satisfied:
1.You can check your order by logging/registering in our account section page or also you can check your item
by dropping us mail @ the email-id [email protected]
2.Photos of the item would be helpful for documenting the condition of the item you have bought and received, you
can upload the photos of the items received. It can be seen both by the sales team and the
supplier/manufacturer(PNG,JPEG,GIF; max. size 5 MB)
3.In general, an item is only eligible for return within the applicable return period if it fulfils any one of
the following conditions:

                   a.)Was delivered in a physically damaged condition

                   b.)Has missing parts or accessories

                   c.)Is different from what was ordered
4.All items must be returned in their original condition with accessories and in the original manufacturer’s
box/packaging as delivered to you.

Note:Return policy is not applicable for all type of engines/batteries and Motor + Controller(BLDC & HUB type).It
is only applicable for manufacturing defect.

What is the refund policy for the returned item?
We endeavor to process your refunds within 7 business days from the date of receipt of the Product. However, the refund is subject to the transaction and processing time taken by the bank after the NEFT is initiated by TECH IMPERIAL OPC. PVT. LTD. In case of any refund discrepancies, Tech Imperial may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.
We understand that in some scenarios, the Product may take more than 7-10 days to reach our warehousing for Quality Check facilities. In such scenario, we process the refund amounts intermittently but, in case the Product does not clear the Quality check, we reserve all right to take appropriate steps to recover the amount already credited to your account.

How does Refund work on based on the different modes of payment :-

  • If you have paid for the order using bank account/credit card/debit card, then the refunded amount gets credited to your bank/credit card account within 7-10 business days from the date of refund request
  • Please note that in case of any refund to your bank account you shall need to comply with the Company’s Policy in this regard which shall be a conclusive undertaking at your end in all aspects. Please further note that you shall be completely responsible for providing correct bank details and the company shall not be responsible in  case wrong information has been provided to it.
